When you submit a Finance Diagnostic request, we collect the information you enter in that form — typically your name, email address, and the context you choose to share about your business. If you hold a client portal account, we also store your account email and the reporting data supplied for your engagement.

We do not ask for and do not want government identification numbers, bank or brokerage account numbers, card numbers, or login credentials through this website. Please do not submit them.

Information you submit is used to respond to your enquiry, to scope and deliver the services you engage us for, and to maintain your client portal. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Enquiries and portal data are stored in our managed cloud database with access controls that restrict client data to the client it belongs to and to Archibald Ventures personnel who need it to deliver the engagement.

We keep enquiry and engagement records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet ordinary business record-keeping needs. You may ask us to correct or delete the information you have submitted; contact us through the form on this site and we will action reasonable requests.

This site uses only the storage necessary to keep you signed in to the client portal. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.
